With 11 years of rich experience in Retail Banking, Customer Service and Branch Operations, Prof. Kapil Bhatia has been associated with NMIMS since 2007 and worked in reputed organizations like Shopeers' Stop, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, HSBC, Oracle and GEMS Education, Dubai. . He has used his knowledge and experience in teaching assignments for Marketing, Management and Consumer Behaviour related courses. As a keen learner he is pursuing PhD in Behavioural Studies.
