A versatile Human Resources and Academic Professional with over two decades of diverse industry experience, beginning a career in customer operations with a leading global shipping conglomerate (Maersk Line) after graduating with a specialization in Marketing. I subsequently moved into the logistics industry (Allcargo Global), where I led Business Process Reengineering initiatives, change management interventions, and large-scale user interface training programs across India and Europe. During this phase, I rekindled my passion for learning and people development, completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from NMIMS and earning professional certification from the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD).
My career then transitioned into the Media and Entertainment industry, where I served as Head-Learning & Development (Reliance Mediaworks Ltd), driving talent and organizational capability-building initiatives. Building on this foundation, I went on to lead the Talent Management function at one of India’s pioneering and largest organized Executive Search firms, (ABC Consultants Pvt ltd) where I was responsible for leadership development, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness. Further strengthening my expertise, I became certified in Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and workplace culture interventions.
Alongside my corporate leadership journey, I actively pursued my passion for teaching and management education, serving as Faculty at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and several reputed Management Institutes in Mumbai and Pune.
I eventually transitioned into an academic role as Core Faculty, bringing rich Consulting experience and practitioner insights into the classroom
